We
attempt to provide a church community where as many people as possible can
contribute to its life and health, where there are learning opportunities
for young and old, which contributes to the general life of the local
community, and where there is a fellowship and social life that helps to
build up our common life together. |

service, followed by the opportunity to share together socially. We welcome
parents, grandparents and carers of very young children, including even
those who aren’t quite toddling. |

RAINBOWS, BROWNIES &
GUIDES: St Mary's Church organises groups of Rainbows, Brownies and Guides. It provides opportunities for girls and young women to be challenged by new adventures; develop personal faith and values; make friends and have fun; develop a sense of tolerance and justice; learn teamwork and leadership; appreciate the environment; learn about the world, its people and cultures. |

QUEST: Quest is a
lively group of young people aged 10-15+ who meet on Sunday mornings to
explore the Christian faith in ways relevant to their own life experience. Quest has three adult leaders; the team is occasionally supplemented by talented members of the church who assist with special art projects. We meet at 10am, and join the church service later on. |

WOODFORD WIVES: We are a group of women (not necessarily married) from the Church and outside who meet twice a month. We meet on the second Wednesday evening of every month at 8pm for a talk; a trip out for a meal; a meal in the hall or an evening to raise money for charity. There is also a regular coffee morning. |
